Our Story

We have lived in White Bear Lake for almost 20 years and we love our city! We've seen an opportunity before us to help meet the needs of our growing community with a new church.

We know that new churches attract new people and our heart is for all people to belong to a loving community, that reflects God's heart, and is centered on Jesus.

Catalyst is a 5 year old church plant. We will be becoming a full member church of the Evangelical Covenant Church in July 2026 . We hope that you consider visiting our church!

Where does Catalyst gather?

Catalyst meets at Mariner Middle School! On Sunday mornings, we will be using the amazing auditorium theater. This beautiful space allows us the perfect environment to worship together and gives us plenty of room for growth. We use a couple of great spaces for our nursery and Catalyst Kids programming. It's important to Catalyst to build and sustain relationships with our community and meeting in the school allows us to do just that. It's truly our desire to be involved and participants in our community. We value being visible to as many people as possible and Mariner Middle School is a foundational piece of White Bear Lake.

Pastor Cory and Pastor Cindy have church office space at the White Bear Area YMCA as well. Which gives us another great opportunity to be integrated into our community.
